WW II Japanese Type 30 Bayonet

Bayonet has bird-head contoured pommel and wood grips with two screws with hooked cross guard with serial number on pommels end. The blued finish on the pommel and guard is worn and is only about 40% and shows some age, should clean up some. The fullered blued blade is nice but the blued finish is getting week and looks about 50% plus but the finish is even and marked with Tokyo-Kokura Arsenal mark. The metal scabbard has nice blued finish but has matt color and is dent free and shows some age but should clean up. The brown leather frog is still soft but a little dark and shows some age and wear but in very sound condition. Overall nice but needs some cleaning with normal wartime field wear and age.
