Japanese 8 x 30 Binoculars with Case

Binoculars are marked “Kokusai” No.4300 and Prism 8 x 30. The black material on the frame shows some age and wear and some has come off. The brown leather neck strap is marked with Japanese characters, owner name ?. Case is in poor condition, lid has come off and the locking strap is missing but still has the shoulder strap. Overall shows wear and age.
