WW II Japanese Type 98 Army Tropical Tunic

Tunic is made of cotton with light OD green color. Tunic has five button front, top button was removed and worn with collar open. Tunic has four pockets, top two are concealed with pocket flaps with buttons, lower two waist pockets are concealed with pocket flaps without buttons. Buttons are made of a light brown plastic, also has two flap ventilation flaps one on each side with open armpits. Collar tabs are the type 3, red with two yellow stars on each, bevo weave pattern for Private First Class. The inside marking are washed out or it was never marked. Tunic looks to have been washed many times, but still has nice color. Overall shows some wartime field wear with some age, the ends of each sleeve show some wartime wear. Overall nice looking.
