WW II German Service Award Document

Document is unused and came out of Veterans scrap book. Was folded and glued to page and folded to be unfolded. Veteran was stationed in Berlin 1946/47 and his shoulder patch was U.S. Army Europe with "BERLIN DISTRICT" tab in yellow and black and was made onto the U.S. European patch, all machine woven on felt. German Document is in color and is very nice quality 15 X 10-1/2 inches. SEE Multi-View Photos, it is also marked at bottom left corner, overall it has been folded and shows some light age and wear.
