German WW I Wartime Shako for Prussian Jager Troops
Leather helmet with black lacquered finish with grey zinc metal front plate with original chinstrap and cockades to the helmet and comes with white and black wool cockade. The outside is very nice with only light age and wear. The inside is very nice with black leather liner with the draw string, never has been put through the holes, marked with maker and dated 1916, not real clear, just not a good stamp, marked size 52-1/2 small size but helmet looks unissued, very fine.
