German WW II Measuring Tape with Case

The measuring tape is in brown leather oval case and marked "HEERESEIGENTUM" and dated 1943. The crank is marked with 20m with eagle & swastika waffenamt, the cloth tap looks like it is in very nice condition and looks like you could pull it all the way out, put will not take the chance. The black leather case is nice and marked with maker with eagle & swastika waffenamt and dated 1938. Guess this was used by Pioniere troops and other. Overall with light wear and age.
