TERMS OF SALE: If you wish to place orders by phone, for best results call between 10:00AM & 5:00PM or 7:00-8:00PM. Please do not call collect. Please make an effort to call during central time zone hours if possible.

ORDERS: All orders taken by phone, fax or e-mail not placed on a credit card will be held for five (5) days unless time arrangement is made at time of order. This is for payment to be sent out - NOT to make up your mind - payment must be postmarked within the five days. If you fail to notify me and your payment is late, order may be treated as a layaway and subject to layaway return policy. Make checks or money orders payable to Jessen’s Relics, Inc. Money orders or credit cards are preferred-unless we have done business before, personal checks will have to clear before I ship order. There will be a $10.00 charge on all returned checks. Please include postage and insurance or order will be sent collect. Order may be placed 24 hours a day-by phone, fax or e-mail. If I’m not in the office, you may leave a message on my voice mail.

LAYAWAYS: A 30-day layaway plan is offered on all sales of $100.00 to A$300.00 with 50% down payment and 50% balance due in 30 days. A 60-day plan is offered on sales over $300.00 with 50% down payment and ½ of balance due in 30 days, ½ due in 60 days. If payments are not made as agreed and layaway is not paid out on time, payments will be forfeited. Layaways must be paid out before other items can be ordered.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of extended layaway time, items put on layaway cannot be accepted for cash refund, but for exchange for other items only. I will work with you if you have a problem, but you must let me know. NO ONE will be stuck with an item they don’t want!

RETURNS: Any item found unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for refund less postage within three (3) days of receipt. IF IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SHIPPED (except layaways). This means that you have three days to look it over and notify me of the return and ship it on the fourth day. I must be notified by phone, fax or e-mail that you are returning the item-this is so that I can notify the next guy that this item is available.

NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT UNESS I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE-NO EXCEPTION!! Returns must be sent back priority and insured-this is for your protection if the items are lost in transit.

ALL ITEMS PRE-1945 UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: Be sure to send US dollars and specify whether you want items sent by air or surface mail. Overseas rates can sometimes be more than twice as much as rates inside the continental US.
