WW II U.S. Maritime Service Dress White Summer Uniform

Coat is made of light weight white cotton with standup collar with five button front with two breast pockets, all buttons are gold with USMS with anchor and wreath. Shoulder boards are slip on type, all black wool with hand embroidered in gold and silver wire braid insignia in center, with USMS gold shoulder board button, do not know what rank this is, maybe for officer candidate. Overall coat is nice with some light age. Trousers are made of the same white cotton material, they are about 31 inches in the waist and about 27 inches long.
