WW II Model 1943 Field Jacket with Hood

Made of OD green Sateen cotton material, jacket shows field wear and age, the Quarter Master tag is there but worn and washed out, size tag in collar is marked with size 38R, the instruction white tag in top of inside has worn out and is missing, There are some buttons added to the inside to add inside winter liner, buttons are not military but look like they have been there for 80 years The cuff have only one button each and the bottom of the sleeve are worn, also worn in some spots around the bottom edge of the jacket, there is small finger size hole on back side of the right sleeve. The hood is buttoned on to the jacket, it has Quarter Master tag but also worn out but still has the instruction tag. If you are looking for combat looking jacket this one would work fine as most of the field gear out there for sale is worn also and would make nice display. Remember this, mint items took no place in the war. Overall would still say this is a nice looking jacket. Exc. $225.00
