WW II 7th Army Infanrty Tech. Sgt. Uniform Set
Visor Hat, Ike Jacket , trousers, Overcoat, Shirt & Necktie. Jacket is made of OD wool with 7th Army Shoulder patch machine sewn to left shoulder with OD on dark blue wool Tech. Sgt 4th grade chevrons sewn to each sleeve with three gold overseas bars on lower left cuff. Jacket has clutch back U.S. & Infantry enlisted collar disk with clutch back sterling silver marked Combat Infantry Badge with pin back sterling marked Marksman Badge with RIFLE bar, also ribbon bar with three plastic coated ribbons, American Campaign, European-African Campaign with four bronze stars and WW II Victory. Q.M. Tag marked size 38-R and dated Dec. 18, 1944., also has cloth Discharge patch above right breast pocket. Trousers are made of OD wool and have no marking, they are very fine quality and are about W35 X 32L. Shirt is made of light OD tan cotton and has 7th Army Shoulder Patch with light grey on dark blue cotton Sgt. 4th grade chevrons and also cloth Discharge patch, all machine sewn. Shirt has the gas flap, but Q.M. Tag is gone, looks about size 15. Necktie is made of Light OD tan wool. Overcoat is made of a heavy weight OD wool, double-breasted with large OD plastic eagle buttons. Has 7th Army shoulder patch on left shoulder with OD on dark blue wool Sgt. 4th grade chevrons sewn to each sleeve with three gold overseas bars on lower left cuff. Q.M. Tag marked size 38-R and dated May 26, 1943. Visor Hat is made of a nice quality OD fur felt with nice russet brown leather visor and chin strap with gold eagle side buttons. Inside is nice with nice brown leather sweat band marked with maker, cap is marked size 7 1/4. Overall all items are very nice with only minor age and wear, very nice set. Exc + $255.00 NICE
