WW II Army M-1943 Field Jacket with "GHQ Southeast Pacific" Shoulder Patch

Jacket is made of OD green Sateen cotton, type with instruction printed in top of jacket. Jacket has been tailored, and shorten in length, sleeves also. Looks to have all the buttons, has Quarter Master tag in pocket, looks like pattern B dated Aug.1944 and dated May 30. 1945 and marked size 34S. Overall nice looking, shoulder patch is machine sewn to sleeve. Inside is nice but the sleeve lining inside top of sleeve needs to be resewn, as it is hand sewn form being tailored, stitching has just come lose over the years.
