NAMED WW II 1st Lt. "Corps of Engineers" Service Coat
Four pocket coat made of dark Elastique wool with cloth belt and open collar, all buttons are gold with Corps of Engineers insignia. Lapels have clutch back "U.S." & "Corps of Engineers" insignias in pairs. Right shoulder has 1st Army Shoulder Patch, patch is hand sewn, left shoulder has 7th Army Shoulder Patch also hand sewn to sleeve, lower left cuff has four machine woven gold overseas bars. Three place ribbon bar has "European-Africa-Middle Eastern Campaign" with five Bronze Stars, Army "Good Conduct" Ribbon, "WW II Victory". Inside has nice lining with one inside pocket with tailors name and marked with white tag on the inside of the pocket with owners name "Carl R. Mohrey" with service number and dated 1/43. Overall very nice looking with some minor wear and age, has a few very small moth nips, are to see you have got to look for them. Necktie & Shirt do not come with Coat. Exc. + $140.00
