WW II Army 1st Infantry Div. 1st Lt. Summer Service Coat Made of light weight OD tan wool with very fine quality gold eagle buttons. OD green and red 1st div, patch is machine sewn to left shoulder and has on the lower left cuff three gold bullion wire overseas bars with light OD officers cuff stripes on each cuff. Collar has very nice quality clutch back officers gold metal U.S & Infantry Crossed Rifles with nice pin back sterling marked 1st Lt. Bars on each shoulder. Has nice clutch back sterling Combat Infantry Badge with six ribbons, Bronze Star Purple Heart, American Campaign, Eurpean-African Campaign with bronze arrow head with one silver and three bronze stars, Army Occupation Ribbon and WW II Victory. Also has Distinguished Unit Citation with bronze oak leaf. Inside is lined with a light green silk rayon material, has tailor label but no other markings. Overall very fine quality with only minor field wear and age. No shirt or necktie. Exc + $135.00 NICE |
