U.S. WW II Coast Guard Officers Service Cap
Has dark blue wool removable cover with black mohair wool band with very fine quality metal officers eagle with very fine detail, made of steriling with gold and silver finish, has heavy tarnish, looks very nice. Has gold Coast Guard side buttons with gold chistrap with black patent visor. Inside is nice with maker and owners name, hard to read owners name. Has nice brown leather sweat band, cap is 7 1/8 size. For ranks of Lt Commander and lower rank officer. Overall shows some age and field type wear, fine quality cap.
