U.S. Army WW II Officers "Crusher" Cap
True Crusher made by Bancroft. Made of a dark OD wip cord type of wool with wool mohair braided band with early pattern gold metal officers eagle with nice soft leather visor, the russet brown finish is dark from hair and skin oil but is very nice with nice leather chinstrap. Inside has the dark brown oil cloth material and is marked with maker, sweat band is nice and soft and also marked, does not have size marking but think it is about 7 1/8. Cap shows field wear and has a very nice look to it, no moth damage just field wear. Nice quality and looks very nice. Exc + $275.00 RARE
