This item came from Artillery Vet’s family. Face is black with white numbers. Back opens up and is marked with maker “Elgin” Nat watch co. U.S.A. with ser. Number and 15 jewels. It works but not always you have got to tap the left side, it just needs cleaning. Rare wartime item. Exc. + $50.00 RARE
