Hand embroidered in silver aluminum bullion wire on nice quality police bluish green doe skin type wool, very high quality bullion work, also rare pattern that does not have the black swastika outlined with silver wire. Eagle looks unused, back side is covered with a very thin black paper. Shows some light age but still very nice.
