Army Infantry Feldwebel M43 TunicMade of issue quality wool with six button front with four patch pockets. Collar has the grey NCO braid machine sewn around the edge with third pattern collar tabs, grey with three grey bars machine sewn to collar without backing. Shoulder boards are the standard slip on issue type made of grey green wool with white silk rayon piping with grey NCO braid with one silver alumi rank pip on each. The breast eagle is bevo weave and is the fourth pattern, light grey on grey green, machine sewn and sewn through the lining, some maker did this and this one looks period. Has loops for ribbon bar and two badges. Inside is lined with light grey silk rayon material and marked with size markings and P43 date. Has small stain on the lining, could be blood with some minor holes in the lining. Out side is nice but does have some moth nips on the lower back, hard to see but there. Tunic does not show much field type wear at all, only some age, tunic would have been near mint when it came back. Overall nice looking combat tunic, should display very nice. Exc $1650.00 |
