Army Officers M43 Field Cap
Made of rough grey green wool with silver alumi piping around top with two button front with two silver alumi painted buttons with late war machine woven light grey eagle with cockade on thin grey green cotton material, insignia is machine sewn. Inside is lined with the light grey silk rayon material with light tan leather half moon sweat band in front of cap. Marked with small paper size tag 56. Cap looks unissued and show minor age and wear, has one bad spot on the alumi piping around top edge, near back.
