Army Infantry Officers Visor Hat
Wartime quality, made of a nice quality smooth grey green wip cord wool with white wool piping with dark green wool band with alumi eagle and wreath with silver alumi wire chin cord with black fiber visor. Inside is lined with a light gold silk rayon material with unmarked plastic sweat diamond with light tan oil cloth type sweat band with black wool around edge, the sweat band is worn and loose in some spots but still look nice and looks about size 55/56. Overall hat is nice with nice high peak with two small moth nips on the top and the visor has some extra stitching holes, do not think it has been replaced, just resewn in the manufacturing of the hat by the maker. Hat is nice looking and would display nice. Exc $675.00
