Top of hat is made of grey green wip cord type wool with red wool piping around top edge, with medium dark green wool band piped in red wool. Eagle and wreath are made of bright silver aluminum with black leather chinstrap with black fiber visor. The inside is lined with the orange brown cotton linen material with plastic sweat diamond and is marked under the diamond with size 53-1/2. Leather sweat band is marked on the back side with maker with unit markings. Overall hat is very nice, does have some minor moth nips, nothing that stands out enough to make the hat distracting.
