Top of hat is made of police bluish green wool with police green wool piping around top edge with two wire mesh air vents on each side, cap band is made of dark brown wool and piped with the police green wool piping. Eagle and cockade are made of aluminum with sliver color. Leather chinstrap is nice with light age and wear and the black fiber visor is nice with green finish on the backside. The inside is lined with the brown oil cloth material this is torn and cracked and missing the plastic sweat diamond, also the leather sweat band is out of a post war visor hat. Has no size markings, but looks like size 55. Hat also has some moth tracking with a few moth holes, nothing that standouts very much.
