Army M42 Single Decal Steel Combat Helmet

Helmet has dark grey green rough finish, finish shows wartime field wear and age with some light surface rust, the silver Army decal is about 70 to 75% with some light age. Outside of helmet may clean up some. The inside has some surface rush, this may clean up some, the leather liner is nice with good color and is marked with size 55 ink stamp, liner is a little dry around the edges, liner is original to the helmet but does not have the draw string and is missing the chinstrap. Shell is marked with what looks like "ET 62" not real clear stamp, lot number on back rim looks like "1654". Overall helmet looks like it has never been cleaned. "Consignment Item" Exc. $900.00
