German WW II Model 98 Bayonet with Frog
Bayonet has dark brown bakelite grips and the blue on the hilt is still nice with minor field wear, the back strap shows some wear from wear it was used for a hammer. Blade is very fine with only minor wear and age, blued finish is still very nice, blade is 41 "cvl" marked for "WKC" maker. Scabbard is marked the same and ser. number match. Scabbard has dent in the side of the scabbard, the blued finish is still nice and needs a light cleaning. The black leather frog is nice and is unmarked, the leather is broken were the scabbard stud come through the leather, hard to see. Overall nice looking bayonet, other than the dent in the scabbard it is very nice. Exc $135.00
