Hitler Youth Knife with Double Proofmark
RZM M 7/68 & "Tiger"
Knife has nice black checkered plastic grips with nice red , white and black enamel youth diamond with two nickel plated rivets. Pommel and guard are nickel plated, plating on pommel is about 85 to 90% plus, with the wear to the finish were the leather strap snaps, finish on the guard is nice, has some dings on the back strap from were they used it for a hammer, very common. Blade is worn like most of these knives are, has been sharpened and cleaned with some scratches to the finish. The maker marks are nice and clear and deep. Black finish on scabbard is very nice and shows minor wear and age with the black finish about 85 to 90% plus, the black leather strap shows wear and age, but it is very sound. Overall very nice looking knife with wear and age. Exc $500.00
