SA Dagger with Double Maker Proofmark RZM M7/66 1936 & with Eickhorn Squirrel
The wood grip is very nice with only minor wear and age with nickel grip eagle with nice enamel SA grip insignia. The cross guard are the nickel plated type and they have pimpling to the finish with some plating loss, still they are bright with some light grey spots, they should clean up some. Blade is still nice and bright with some very minor age spots that should come off with light cleaning. Motto is nice and sharp with nice grey letters. Both proofmarks are nice and clear. Scabbard fitting are the nickel plated type, front and back side of the top fitting shows some minor pimpling to the nickel finish with some plating loss on the sides, bottom fitting has some pimpling to the front and back and the ball on the tip of the fitting has a dent and is cracked on the side, still the top and bottom fitting are still bright, the dark brown painted finish has some paint spiders and some wear and age, but still looks about 95%. The brown leather hanger shows some age but still very sound with nickel plated buckle and snap, both are RZM marked. Overall rare dagger, does show some age and wear, still it is nice looking.
