    Army 40th Infantry Regt / 17th Pz Div Oberfeldwebel Dress Shoulder Boards
    Boards are made of dark green wool with white wool piping with silver alumi NCO braid with two silver rank pips on each with silver plated regt number "40" on each. Sew in type pair, they show minor wear and age. The 40th regt was a Motorized Regt with the 17th Pz Div.
