For ranks of Lt. Commander and lower ranks. White removable top with back wool band with gold and silver metal cap eagle (sterling) with gold chin strap and black visor. Inside is unlined with brown leather sweat band marked with maker, cap is marked 7 3/8. The white top is nice but needs to be cleaned, easy to do. Overall hat is very nice with soft type band, shows field wear and age. Still hat is Exc + $ 150.00. RARE
