Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery NCO / EM Field Cap Early cap made of grey green wool with golden yellow bevo weave eagle on dark green with matching cockade, both hand sewn, this is normal, also has golden yellow machine sewn soutache. Inside is lined with a light tan or off white thin cotton material, has had cloth name tag at one time but has come out, has no marking that you can see, looks about size 56 or 57. Inside is soiled from field wear and hair oil, out side shows heavy field wear. Overall cap is sound and looks very nice, still would rate Exc $450.00 Very Rare to still have the soutache. |
