Army M35 Single Decal Camouflage Combat Helmet Helmet has thick coat of rough dark grey green finish over the factory finish with a sprayed finish of olive tan, green and dark reddish brown, this was added at a later war time date, both finish show field wear and age. The decal is about 85% plus with some of the camouflage finish over the decal. Inside rim as been brushed painted with a dark grey green finish. Leather liner shows some age, still light tan, fingers are a little stiff but sound, has draw string and leather is marked size 55, has steel band, can not make out the date. Liner looks to have been in the helmet for a long time. Shell marked "SE62". Overall helmet looks very nice with heavy field wear. Exc + $1,450.00 RARE |
