U.S. Army World War I "87th Div."
Jacket and Breeches
Jacket is made of OD wool with four patch pockets with five button front with stand up collar. Has light brown and yellow on green wool hand embroidered 87th div. patch on left shoulder with red discharge chevron and one gold overseas chevron on sleeve. Right sleeve has Bugler private1st class insignia. Collar disk are the screw back type "U.S.N.A." & MG with crossed rifles with letter "D" below rifles, for inf Machine Gun Co. Jacket is marked with maker and date, can't make out the date. The OD wool breeches are nice and marked with maker and dated 1917, they are about size 32 x 23. Overall nice looking set, does show some age and wear. Exc + $250.00
