Major Tunic
Made of a nice quality grey green wip cord wool with four patched pleated pockets with six button front with dark green collar with cuffs on sleeve. Collar tabs are hand embroidered in silver grey cord with two red bars each, tabs are hand sewn to collar and 100 % original to collar. Shoulder boards are the sew in type with light grey braid with red underlay. Breast eagle is very nice quality, hand embroidered in silver alumi bullion wire on dark green. Has loops for ribbon bar and loops for two badges, one set of loops has three loops, think this is for a one piece contruction 1939 1st Class Spang with WW I Iron Cross 1st Class. At one time some one has a German Cross or some other badge on the lower right berast pocket. Inside is lined with a light grey silk rayon material, has inside hanger for edge weapon. Has tailor label in inside pocket with owner name and dated 42. marked Major Dr. Inden septb.42 &184a see photo. Overall very high quality tunic with minor field wear and age.
