Luftwaffe Model 42 Single Decal Combat Helmet
Has nice dark grey blue finish, has two coat of paint, the first coat I guess was not rough enough so they sprayed it again and over the decal, the decal looks about 90% under the paint. Overall the finish shows field wear and age, still it is very nice. Leather liner is nice and still very soft, missing the chin strap. Helmet shell marked ET68 and the helmet band is marked size 61and dated 1942, this is a very rare large size. Overall this is a nice combat helmet, it shows normal type field wear and age.
